Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped out 1-3 days after payment has been received.

Shipping Carrier: All orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS for domestic and via USPS AIR Mail for international.

Cost: The cost of shipping is based on the total cost of all your products. Below is the breakdown for the costs of shipping:

$0.01 - $50.00 - $3.95
$50.01 - $100.00 - $6.95
$100.01 - $150.00 - $9.95
$150.01 and up - FREE
If the shipping calculator makes a mistake we will credit your account prior to your order being shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied, and to exceed your expectations. If you have a question on a product or on our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us. On most occasions your email will be responded to as soon as we receive it.

Return Policy for Apparel

If you find the need to return an item, please read the following and contact us at INFO@LADYBURLESQUE.COM for a return order instructions. You must email us prior to returning your merchandise. We will be able to handle your request or questions promptly. Your business is very important to us.

All returns must be received within 14 days of original purchase. Hosiery may be returned as long as the package is not opened. Any lingerie items that include panties, g-strings, or thongs cannot be returned due to health regulations. All clothing must be unworn and have original tags in place. We cannot accept returns smelling of smoke or perfume. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any canceled orders after it has been placed are subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee. This is to ensure our low prices we offer and to keep costs down. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. In most cases, it appears in one billing cycle. You may call your credit card holder to verify funds have been credited to your account for faster verification. Special offers may be subject to a reduction by a return, exchange or cancellation. Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. This includes items returned without a emailing us first. Insufficient addresses provided that result in a return back to us are subject to re-shipping fee.


If you would like to make an exchange, please consider placing a new order online. This will ensure faster delivery for the exchange item. Once the return exchange item(s) are received we will refund your credit card.

When returning your packages please include

The packing slip.
A note telling us what the problem was.
A note stating whether you would like a credit or an exchange for another item.
The Return Authorization Number.

Refunds for returned or malfunctioned items

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or credit. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be credited. Shipping charges will be waived on the replaced defective item after we have received and verified the condition of the product.

Returning toys

We cannot accept packages that are opened or show evident signs of use or tampering. Oils, lubricants and lotions may not be returned for any reason. In order to receive an exchange item, please send the item back to the address shown on the boxes return address label and include a letter stating what was found wrong with the item. You MUST include the Return Authorization number that we gave you. We are not responsible for shipping charges for return or exchange items sent back to our warehouse. Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out at no extra charge to the customer.

Returning videos - DVDs

Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to 14 after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase minus the cost of shipping and handling or a replacement item of the same value. We can accept opened videos for return only if they have been deemed defective from the factory, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened. Before you return any item, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number.
